The children learned about cleanliness and hygiene, how to take care of themselves, and eating healthy foods. The session lasted for an hour with an actual presentation of proper brushing of teeth, action songs of proper hand-washing, and a video presentation about taking care of oneself. The activity ended with the presentation of souvenir to the guest speaker, Rusydiah Binti Haji Sudin; thanking her for imparting meaningful learning to everyone. A light refreshment for all the guests followed after the programme. It was indeed a significant way of concluding K3’s first IEYC unit for this year.
“A Good Health is the Best Wealth!”
In their recently concluded Exit Point activity for “This Is Me” unit, K3 invited representatives from the Health Promotion Centre and Ministry of Health to talk about healthy habits and lifestyle to the students.
