Birdwatching at Sarjana Preschool

K1 students had a blast from their wildlife observation as they conducted their Birdwatching Day.

This activity is part of the Enable the Environment phase of the Up and Away Unit. Children dressed up as little explorers and brought their own telescope/binoculars to spot out living things that fly in the sky.

Everyone was set out to spot birds of different sizes and colours but the children did see more – butterflies and even aeroplanes! After the activity, the children were asked to recount their experiences and they had so many things to say. It was certainly a memorable and fantastic day for the little explorers of Sarjana School.
