Bazilah Batrisyia Binti Md. Ja'afar of Year 6A placed 6th among the Top 10 Individual Prizes in the 16th Singapore Asia Pacific Mathematical Olympiad for Private Primary Schools 2016 organised by Hwa Chong Institution, Singapore.
Seri Mulia Sarjana School’s primary football team participated in the Football Tournament – Brunei Zone III organised by Co-Curriculum Education Department, Ministry of Education. Twelve schools under Zone III joined the tournament which was held at Sekolah Rendah DRHMJ Kiarong.
In conjunction with the Brunei Book Fair 2016, the Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) held the final round of its storytelling competition Brunei Muara district level at Balai Sarmayuda, Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka in Berakas on 15th March 2016. Our two Year 6A students, Nur Aminah Syazwani Binti Haji Mohamad Azmi and Adriana Audady Binti Abdullah Azman, managed to grab the consolation prizes.
Awangku Muhammad Isa Daniel Muqri Bin Pengiran Kamarulzaman of Year 5B received the TOP prize in the poster making contest organised by the Ministry of Finance, in-cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
The tech project of Seri Mulia Sarjana School Techkids Camp participants was awarded 3rd place last 29th March 2016, presented by the Chief Executive Officer of AITI, Pengiran Haji Mohd Zain Bin Pengiran Haji Abdul Razak, at Seri Kerna Hall, AITI.
SMSS Elite choir once again Rise Up and Shine this year, winning both competitions in the finals with 2nd and 3rd place from level categories which was conducted at Information Department, Berakas on 16th March 2016.

Seri Mulia Sarjana School’s Art Department was elated to bag awards from Mitsubishi Asian Children’s Enikki Festa 2015-2016 sponsored by the Mitsubishi Public Affairs Committee, the Asian Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Associations, and the National Federation of UNESCO Associations in Japan.

Seri Mulia Sarjana School has boosted once again Brunei Darussalam’s literary prowess when a Year 4 student, Lyeenah Hamidiah Binti Hj Abdul Hamid emerged as bronze medalist in ‘The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition 2015 (Junior Category) with the theme ‘A Young Commonwealth’.
SMSS basketball team shined in the recently concluded SMJA Basketball 3x3 Challenge held at Hua Ho Manggis Mall from 11th – 13th September 2015. A total of 15 teams competed for the Under 19 (U19) category and 14 teams for the Under 16 (U16) category. Our teams won 2nd place in the U19 category and 3rd place in the U16 category.
