Thirty students from Travel and Tourism and History classes went to the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur and the historic town of Malacca for a 4-day educational field trip on March 24-27, 2017.
22 September 2016 – Majlis sembahyang sunat hajat dan membaca Surah Yassin serta doa selamat bagi pelajar-pelajar Tahun 11 dan juga pelajar-pelajar Tahun 8 yang akan menduduki Peperiksaan BGCE ‘O’ Level dan SPE tahun ini.
The transition from primary to secondary life is a huge change for Year 6 students. To help them prepare for this new phase, Seri Mulia Sarjana School secondary section and its Student Council organised an ‘Open Day’ which gave these starters a feel of secondary school.
On the 6th August 2016, Secondary section celebrated Hari Raya Aidilfitri with an array of spectacular cultural fiesta-Bruneiana. The ceremony commenced with Takbir Hari Raya Aidilfitri recital by 19 male students from the Upper Secondary.
Once again 10 Upper Secondary Sarjanians and two teachers participated in the Illustrious Singapore International Science camp organized by National University of Singapore from 30 May until 3 June.
Sambutan Isra’ Mikraj merupakan salah satu acara keugamaan yang dikendalikan oleh Jabatan Pengetahuan Ugama Islam dan Kelab CCA Islamik. Acara ini diadakan di Sekolah Menengah Seri Mulia Sarjana pada 7 hb. Mei 2016 bersamaan 29 hb. Rejab 1437 Hijrah.
On 13th April 2016, the Atomos Science club members of our school, together with their teachers Dhanya Ramachandran and Kezhakkail Sowmiya, took part in a live Science show by Dr. Graham Walker, a well known Australian Science showoffs master.
The Debate Club and the Press Club had an unusual educational visit to the flourishing organic honey bee farm, 'Madu Lebah Kelulut Qana'ah 5' in Kg.Tungku. Mr.Malik Siajuan, the owner of the farm and an entrepreneur himself, gave an informative briefing about the process of honey making.
A total number of 165 Upper secondary students, mostly from Year 9F, 10A & 11A, participated in an educational tour on the Brunei River. The tour was organized by the students of Year 11-A who are taking Travel & Tourism subject, accompanied by supervising teachers; Melany Santos-Franco, Irish Lumakin Diosomito and Dexter Junsay.
Four students from Seri Mulia Sarjana School recently took part in the 12th ISB’s Borneo Global Issues Conference, a four-day conference completely organised by ISB.
Borneo Global Issues Conference is a Model United Nations where students can gain knowledge about the struggles of the world, how to overcome those problems and resolutions to make those problems easier to overcome.
