Dressed in blue and silver, forty-five Year 4 students added joy to the meaningful finale of the Monarch’s Traditional Meet-the-People Programme and Royal Get-together Ceremony in conjunction with His Majesty’s 71st birthday celebration held on Sunday, 23 July 2017 at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien.

The K3 level celebrated their learning and concluded the IEYC unit “Let’s Pretend” by doing an entrepreneurship activity entitled “Little Entrepreneurs”. In this activity, the children were given an opportunity to have first-hand experience and knowledge of managing a business like a real business person.

Staying true to its mission and vision of providing an all-rounded education aimed at empowering and inspiring each child’s full academic, physical, emotional, and spiritual potential, Seri Mulia Sarjana School in conjunction with its 25th Anniversary celebration has just recently held an Artwork Showcase for His Majesty’s 71st Birthday Celebration.

SMSS warmly welcomed 10 teachers and staff of Sparkle Tots Preschool Singapore last 3rd – 4th July. This visit aimed to build collaboration among teachers and share the teaching approaches and strategies in Bahasa Melayu.

A Home for Dinosaurs

K2’s current IEYC unit “Dinosaur Detectives!” brings children back to the time of the dinosaurs. These amazing yet ferocious creatures, although now extinct, are still fascinating to all of us, especially to the children.

K3 Visits FUN Blocks

To achieve one of the learning processes in the unit “Let’s Pretend”, K3 paid a visit to FUN Blocks to take on the role play of different jobs and get into the character where they can pretend to be what they want to be when they grow up. Through this fun and engaging trip, the children also learned what is involved in different occupations.

A total of 61 class monitors and CCA officers and Student Council officers were inducted in a special  ceremony held  on 6 May 2017. The said student leaders, who made a pledge to uphold a high standard of leadership and to serve as role models to their fellow Sarjanians  were presented with designation pins.

A total of 106 class officers and CCA officers and Student Council officers were inducted in a special ceremony held on the 25th of February 2017 during the Free Day for the secondary section.
