To the Rescue!

In the recently concluded IEYC entry point of Kindergarten 2, Animal Rescuers, both the children and their teachers came to school wearing their favourite animal costume. The activities on that day aimed to showcase a variety of creative costumes through a parade. Also, the children’s communication skills and self-esteem were enhanced in the show and tell activity done in their respective classrooms wherein each student showed a picture of their favourite animal and talked about its physical characteristics and what they know about its nature.

In order for the children to understand how to properly take care of animals, a series of short videos was presented showing animal rescues and pet doctors. Before the day ended, the children were treated to a fun animal face painting that they eagerly showed to their families as they went home.
