The ‘Going Places’ unit of the kindergarten 3 level came to a close with an adventurous trip around the city. The exit point activity aims to provide a real-life experience for the children as they travel by bus and discover the significant places in Bandar Seri Begawan. Garbed in their PE uniform, with sun hats, sunglasses, and DIY cameras on hand, the students eagerly boarded the bus and went on a fun tour around the city. Everyone was all smiles as they looked outside the window while singing the song ‘Are We There Yet?’ An illustrated travel map helped them to find the location of the places they have visited. In their travel itinerary were Istana Nurul Iman, Royal Regalia Museum, Eco Corridor, RIPAS Hospital, and Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in Berakas. It was definitely a great opportunity for the children to play pretend as a tourist or traveler. Captured experiences from the trip will also be used as part of their postcard project.
